Updated on September 11, 2026. The site is in the documentation phase, does not offer accounts, purchases, forms, newsletters or support through this channel and uses metrics only when authorized.
Scope of this release
rogpOS publishes its own static pages, documentation and visual files. There is no registration, login, email collection, comment area, checkout, file upload, behavioral advertising or social media pixels. There is optional audience measurement through Umami, blocked until you authorize it.
Data and purposes
The website does not directly request personal data. The preference created by the website itself remains in the browser and records your choice of metrics. After authorization, Umami receives technical navigation data and limited events, according to the cookie policy. rogpOS events do not include fields intended to identify a person.
The hosting provider and Umami may generate technical records necessary to operate, secure and measure the service. The staging and production environments are separate. After authorization, the browser can send the events described in this policy to the rogpOS domain itself; the server validates the format and forwards them signed to the global event proxy. The browser does not connect directly to the proxy or Metabase.
Rights provided for in the LGPD
The LGPD provides, among others, rights to confirm, access, correct, anonymize, block, delete, share information and revoke consent, as applicable. You can withdraw metrics authorization via the “Preferences” link in the footer. As the site does not offer an account or form, do not use this channel to send personal information.
Before adding features with data
Before launching contact, authentication, store, community, cloud synchronization or integrations that expand data processing, rogpOS must publish the controller identification, privacy contact, legal basis, retention period, suppliers involved, security measures and the process to serve holders. This work requires specific legal and operational review.
Updates
A material change to this policy or the way we use cookies will be highlighted on the website. When the change depends on consent, the new choice will be requested before activating the feature.
Baseline
This policy was written based on the principles and duties of transparency of the LGPD. It describes the current state of the website and does not replace a legal review for future processing operations.
